"I have had the pleasure of working with Rema for the past six years at Emory University on NIH- and HRSA-funded research studies, where her contributions have been instrumental in ensuring high-quality data collection, management, and reporting. Rema has demonstrated exceptional expertise in research database design, REDCap development, data quality management, workflow optimization, troubleshooting, and both student and staff support. Her ability to quickly resolve technical challenges, address data discrepancies, and translate complex research needs into practical solutions has helped streamline study operations, minimize errors, maintain data integrity, and ensure timely, accurate, analysis-ready datasets and reports. Throughout our collaboration, Rema has been consistently responsive, providing thoughtful solutions and support that strengthen our team’s research efficiency. She is patient on training others and helped boost staff confidence when taking on more responsibilities collecting and managing data from participants in high acuity clinical settings. I highly recommend her services to other investigators seeking a knowledgeable, dependable, and highly effective research data professional."

"I have worked closely with Rema for the past three years on two complex NIH-funded R01 studies. As Principal Investigator, I relied on her expertise to develop and manage sophisticated research data systems that supported all aspects of study implementation and data collection. Rema led the design and development of two highly customized REDCap databases and successfully integrated them into our day-to-day research management workflows. She worked closely with the research team to ensure that the databases supported complex study protocols while remaining user-friendly for research staff. In addition, she led training efforts to prepare study personnel for data collection and ongoing use of the REDCap systems. Both studies involved research designs that pushed the limits of what REDCap was originally designed to accommodate. One project utilized a social network survey and a multi-informant design in which multiple individuals reported on a shared caregiving network. Capturing and managing these relational data structures within REDCap required creative and technically sophisticated solutions because the platform was not built to handle this type of interconnected data. The second project employed the Day Reconstruction Method, which involves collecting highly detailed information about study participants' activities, interactions, and experiences from the previous day. Designing a database capable of efficiently capturing these complex longitudinal data while minimizing participant and staff burden was a significant challenge. Rema was instrumental in developing innovative solutions for both projects. Her ability to understand complex research methods and translate them into practical database functionality was exceptional. Without Rema's expertise, conducting these studies at the required level of rigor would have been extremely difficult. Her database designs enabled efficient study management, supported accurate and consistent data collection, improved our ability to monitor participant progress over time, and helped maintain high standards of data quality. What distinguishes Rema is not only her impressive technical knowledge of REDCap, but also her deep understanding of research design and study operations. She consistently demonstrated responsiveness, reliability, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving. She was remarkably effective at translating investigators' methodological requirements into practical technical solutions and anticipating challenges before they became problems. I would recommend Rema without reservation to any investigator or research team seeking expertise in REDCap development, research data management, and workflow optimization. Her combination of technical skill, research knowledge, and commitment to study success is truly exceptional."
